Nursing Care Taker

A caretaker is a qualified person who takes responsibility for the physical and emotional requirements of a dependent individual. They help people by doing things like cooking, cleaning, and errands for them. However, they have no right to carry out any kind of healthcare or medical related tasks.

We are very pleased with the care that is being given to our mother. It has made her life much more comfortable and that has helped her be more relaxed. The addition of transport to, and support with, appointments away from home has also been a great help as well. It is just a shame that we cannot setup a direct debit to pay for the services and seem to have a small problem contacting the office to make payment by phone.
